Split the enemy Team:
This basically only works if you're the Initiator. You try to go into the direct Middle of the Teamfight splitting them into 2-3 Groups of 1-3 Champs. You gotta get 2 Champs to the 4 of your Mates. Now Zac's ulti has that built in, which makes is really easy. In general however you only have to pressure their Backline so much that they have to move back a bit, splitting them automatically.
